Step 1. Consultation & Quote
We come out to you for an in home consultation so we can discuss your renovation, paying close attention to your ideas, wants, needs, and take measurements of the area. Following our visit we will provide you detailed quotation that itemises all trades and materials. This is where we carefully balance your renovation aspirations with your budget.
Step 2. Design, Plan, Shop & Select
This step is a little different for everyone. Some know exactly what they want, while others prefer a little more guidance. In either case, upon acceptance of our quotation we help fine tune your projects design, materials selections, location of fixtures and fittings, embracing your feedback until we have created a plan of action for your bathroom, kitchen and/ or laundry renovation.
Now this is where the fun starts; shopping! Our quotation includes a detailed item list that will guide you when out making selections. For those who prefer a little more guidance, we are available to meet you at the showroom and walk you through the selection process to ensure each and every item works with your project. Whether you purchase from one of our recommended showrooms or choose to shop elsewhere, we are always on hand to guide you along the way.
Step 3. Contracts, Insurance, Orders & Booking
Once selections are finalised and orders are placed with a delivery date set, it is time to book your project start date. We then organise contracts, Home Owners Warranty insurance if required, and payment schedule.
Step 4. Protect & Build
Time to turn dreams into reality. A skip bin is delivered, floor coverings protected, and work commences. A schedule of work for all trades is provided for your project, and the work area cleaned at the end of each work day.
Step 5. Quality Control
Once work is complete, a final clean up and inspection concludes the renovation process, leaving you with the bathroom, kitchen and/ or laundry of your dreams.
