Fred and his team were easy to communicate with, spending time with us prior to the build, finalizing the design, and were very professional in their approach. Fred was able to answer questions quickly and anything that popped up was sorted straight away. Fred and his team have worked together for a long time and it showed in their comradiere, finely tuned timing, commitment to each other, and their quality workmanship.

Nick, the cabinetmaker, understood what we were looking for in the cabinetry and had some great ideas, we put his skills to the test and he came up with the goods. We are so pleased with the outcome and the whole process was quite painless.

He was friendly and polite and was on the same page for our conversion of an unused dining room and minute ensuite into a wonderful spacious ensuite and dressing room. He is a one-stop shop, having a cabinet maker Nick to make and install the walk-in-robe fit-out out just as I had asked. I was consulted every day with any decisions that needed to be made, and everyone arrived promptly as arranged for the days work.

I was amazed at the efforts Fred’s team made to keep my house clean dnd tidy throughout the work, cleaning up every day, and the house immaculate at the end of the project. Workmanship was exceptional, from carpentry and plastering and the electricians patience to come back and fix a couple of items that I had ordered and had arrived broken, and the tiling is beautiful. My bathroom is a dream and it has been an absolute pleasure to have these men in my home.

Having scoured the vast array of kitchen renovation companies out there on the web and selecting a short list, we decided on engaging the services of Master Bathrooms & Kitchens to complete the work. In the end it was an absolute “no brainer”. Right from the first conversation over the phone with Fred, we knew we’d found who we wanted to complete the work, just didn’t know if they’d be in our budget. Our subsequent meetings with Fred & Nick only served to cement our initial thoughts and when their quote came in, well wow! The quotes we received for the same or similar outcome we now have were much higher and the people were nowhere near as warm and engaging.
