This home renovation project included renovating the entire interior of the home from top to toe. Our customer had recently purchased this residence and wanted to renovate creating their forever home. This this tired and run down home needed serious renovation which included renovating the kitchen, all three of the bathrooms, laundry, bedrooms, living areas and entry.
All four bedroom feature fresh carpeting with newly custom built in wardrobes. The living areas boast newly tiled floors. Each and every window, interior and exterior door, handle was replaced, new skirting boards and architraves fixed, with new lighting and electrical and fresh paint throughout the entire home resulting in a luxurious home interior. From drab to fab, this Hills District home is completely transformed!

Kitchen:
This show stopping kitchen sits centre stage in this newly renovated residence and is the perfect place to entertain family and friends. Fabulous and perfectly functional with an abundance of storage and working bench space. Custom made cabinetry with a combination of timber grain and alabaster matte, complete with smart storage solutions ensure this kitchen remains perfectly organised and within easy reach when preparing food.
Stunning Calacatta Oro marble adorns the kitchen island and is complimented by a brushed gold under mound sink, gooseneck mixer and an exquisite gold pendant lighting arrangement that was strategically installed.

Bathrooms (Main Bathroom, Main Bedroom Ensuite & 2nd Ensuite):
All three bathrooms boast stunning tundra marble look tiles with custom made timber vanities that were built to perfectly suit each individual bathroom space. Brushed gold tapware and accessories combine to create the ultimate in luxury bathroom design.
Each bathroom features an abundance of well organised storage space provided by custom made vanities, LED mirrors that create the perfect illumination and are a feature in themselves. Complete with rainfall shower heads, adjustable hand held shower roses and custom frameless glass shower screens. These bathrooms are sure to impress.

Laundry:
While a large majority of our customers opt for front loading washing machines, a number of home owners prefer to use top loading washers. This laundry room is a perfect example how this layout can still look incredible and be a perfectly functional laundry space. The cabinetry blends with the kitchen and back splash and bench top pair perfectly with the floor tiles that were laid throughout the bathrooms and living areas.

Bedrooms:
Each of the four bedrooms boast new windows, architraves, skirting boards, door, carpet and fresh paint. Custom built wardrobes were installed in each bedroom with the main bedroom a luxurious oversized walk-in robe featuring pullout shoe and jewellery storage.
Living Areas:
The living areas were freshly painted and had new lighting and electrical installed. New tundra marble look 600 x 600mm tiles were laid throughout creating a gorgeous and harmonious design. New windows were installed with a number of new windows created to maximise the beautiful view from outside. A custom made entertainment unit was also installed.
Stone, tiles, p.c. items, tapware and accessories were supplied by customer.
