Quakers Hill
This lovely family wanted to renovate their entire home from top to toe creating a contemporary yet timeless design that would completely transform this old tired residence into their forever home. The project required renovating every room of the home including the kitchen, laundry, main bathroom, guest bathroom and ensuite bathroom with new flooring, fresh paint, lighting and electrical throughout the entire home, including a new alarm system with CCTV cameras.
Kitchen:
There’s an abundance of storage and working bench space in this G shaped kitchen. This layout includes a peninsula island and is extremely popular as it allows for as much storage and working space possible while creating an informal dining area (aka breakfast bar) that is also a fantastic space for guests to sit while the host is in the kitchen. Stunning Carrara marble veined stone adorn the bench tops, splashback and peninsula island waterfall.
Featuring smart storage solutions that make the most of every inch of space and help to keep kitchen items neatly organised. These include corner carousels that avoid having to reach to the back of cabinets, inner pantry drawers, and twin pullout bin.

Laundry:
This stunning laundry is a pleasure to work in and one that does not need to hide behind closed doors. Gorgeous white cabinetry is complimented with open timber shelving. There’s plenty of room for folding with a stone bench top that stretches above the front loading washer and dryer. White subway tiles adorn the splashback and create timeless design. The deep farmhouse sink is truly the cherry on top with a black matte gooseneck tap.

These gorgeous bathrooms feature Tundra limestone look porcelain tiles that are combined with oak cabinetry creating a calming spa like oasis on the comfort of home. Each bathroom boasts custom made wall mount vanities, custom frameless glass shower screens,and black tapware and accessories. The main and guest bathrooms have stunning black framed round LED mirrors and the ensuite bathroom has a custom made recessed shaving cabinet that stretches across the entire wall to create handy face level storage that is ideal for keeping items out of reach of children.

Bedrooms & Living areas
Fresh paint and carpet was laid in all four bedrooms with new built-in wardrobes installed in each bedroom with the main bedroom featuring a gorgeous walk in wardrobe that leads into the ensuite bathroom.
Gorgeous timber hybrid flooring was laid throughout the kitchen and living areas with fresh paint to brighten and enhance the sense of space in this beautifully renovated home. The formal lounge boasts a newly installed gas fireplace surrounded by stunning white custom built shelving and cabinetry. Dark and moody custom cabinetry with LED lighting feature in the rumpus room ensuring well organised storage for wine and TV entertainment.
