Stunning result to our Cheltenham ensuite bathroom renovation project that has a transitional design that truly combines the best of traditional and modern styles.
The customers chose a timeless neutral colour palette for their ensuite bathroom. Using a neutral colour scheme in the bathroom for tiles and other prime cost items is a wise choice. It creates a neutral canvas that will continue to look on trend and relevant for many years and allows the addition of the latest colour to be added with towels, candles and other such decor.
The wall tiles are white gloss tiled vertically to 2100mm high around the entire perimeter of the bathroom and is finished with a white capping tile for a neat and traditional feel. Having white walls creates a light and airy feel while creating the appearance of more space in what can be considered a somewhat small room. The floor tile is a neutral coloured geometric patterned tile that creates a beautiful feature floor adding character and warmth to the bathroom.
We built a custom made vanity to sit perfectly under the bathroom window which looks out onto a leafy green view outside. The vanity is complete with 2 deep drawers, antique style handles, chrome arc mixer tap and stone top. As the window is positioned where a mirror would normally be placed, the owners chose to have their mirror sit conveniently to the left of the custom vanity. And what a mirror it is! A stunning large round mirror with a modern LED touch switch and magnifying mirror inset that provides the perfect lighting for makeup application and shaving.
The shower recess has ample room and features an gorgeous chrome antique styled rail shower with a rainfall shower head and adjustable hand held shower rose, antique styled wall mixer, modern frameless glass shower screen and smart waste.
The white back to wall toilet suite sits discreetly on the other side of the shower recess, perfectly positioned so as to not be in view when entering the room.
