This newly renovated Hills District residence is every home owners dream. This lovely family wanted to completely renovate their home including the kitchen, butlers pantry, living areas, family room, main bathroom, ensuite, guest bathroom, and laundry. Also installing new custom built-in wardrobes and carpet in each of the bedrooms, installing new lighting, electrical and painting throughout the home. Such an incredible finish for such a lovely family.
Kitchen with Butlers Pantry
This kitchen boasts an abundance of well organised storage space with exquisite veined stone. Timber floor tiles flow from the kitchen and butlers pantry into the family areas of the home. The kitchen island features a professional oversized sink that is perfect for washing even the largest pans and trays, dishwasher, pop up power point, pendant lights and under cabinet lighting.
This butlers pantry is an entertainers dream. It has plenty of working bench space to prepare meals for guests hiding the chaos away leaving the kitchen clutter free. It l offers a servery straight out to the barbecue area that is ideal when cooking and eating outside. Featuring a second sink, wine fridge and storage area for small appliances, large serving trays it has the next party sorted!

Family Room, Living Areas, & Bedrooms
This gorgeous family room is the perfect place to congregate and enjoy the newly installed gas fireplace while watching your favourite movie. The fireplace features a custom veined stone mantel with custom built-in cabinetry either side to store DVDs, games and other such entertainment equipment.
Wainscoting adorns the wall dividing the family and dining rooms to create character, adding a valuable design element to the interior design of the home.
The floors throughout the entire living area of the home are tiled in a timber look porcelain tile which is as fabulous as it is functional being both hard wearing and a timeless design choice.
All ceiling lights were removed and replace with downlights throughout the home, ceiling fans were installed each of the bedrooms, and new power points installed throughout the home.

All three of these newly renovated bathrooms boast stunning travertine look porcelain tiles that bring a touch of natures beauty into home. This natural look tile blends beautifully with the gorgeous custom made vanities that each bathroom features.
The main bathroom and en-suite have matching shaving cabinets that have been made to make the most of the available space whilst creating a beautiful bathroom design.
The main bathroom boasts a built-in bath with a niche that is the perfect place for a candle or glass of bubbles and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
LED mirrors were installed in the ensuite and guest bathroom to provide the perfect illumination when shaving and applying makeup and create a wonderful feature when used in combination with under cabinet lighting.
Large shower recesses are complete with
a rail shower with a rainfall shower head and an adjustable hand held shower rose, shower niche, linear shower drain and custom made frameless glass shower screens.
Brushed nickel tapware and accessories are installed throughout to complete these stunning bathroom renovations.

This gorgeous laundry is both fabulous and perfectly functional with an abundance of storage space that includes custom mudroom cupboards that are ideal for keeping school bags, hats and shoes organised. Under cabinet lighting highlights the exquisite veined stoned that adorns the splashback and benchtop White custom cabinetry pairs perfectly with travertine look porcelain tiles. This laundry room makes light work of daily chores.
