This project included renovating the kitchen, laundry, main bathroom, powder room, building office cabinets and laying new hybrid flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas to create a beautiful contemporary interior that flows harmoniously throughout the home.
Kitchen Renovation:
Bold and beautiful. This kitchen features stunning engineered stone boasting gorgeous marbled veins paired with handleless black matte cabinetry. Smart storage solutions ensure functionality with a coffee nook area, appliance cabinet with door lift system, inner drawers to the pantry, twin pullout bin, spice drawer, corner carousel and corner swivel unit. Pendant lighting was installed over the peninsula island and under cabinet lighting creates a stunning feature that prevents shadowing on the benchtops when working in the kitchen at night. Complete with black stainless steel appliances.
Laundry Renovation:
Fabulous and functional, with dark custom cabinetry, hanging rod for drying delicates, stone bench top paired with black front loader washer and dryer. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall white cabinetry provides storage for all cleaning appliances, products, and twin pullout hamper drawer.
Main Bathroom & Powder Room
Dark and dramatic with gorgeous veins. These stunning bathrooms boast luxurious faux marble tiles and custom made black matte cabinetry that provides an abundance of well organised storage.
The main bathroom boasts a white freestanding bath that is positioned under a plantation shuttered window that is the perfect place to soak up some bubbles. The shower recess features a shower niche, combination rail shower and a custom made frameless glass shower screen. Floor to ceiling custom black cabinetry ensures there is a place for everything. Complete with floor heating and black matte tapware and accessories.
The powder room is sure to impress guests with bold veins, black wall mount custom made vanity with an above counter bowl and black matte tower mixer.
Finally, custom wall cabinets were installed in the study and new hybrid flooring was laid in the kitchen, laundry and living areas.
